Meet Your Guides

The people who know Dublin beyond the landmarks

We love Dublin, its history, its characters, its streets and, of course, its stories.

A good walking tour isn't just about pointing out buildings and giving you a list of dates. It's about helping you understand the city, answering your questions and showing you things you might otherwise walk straight past.

Dublin Tour Guide

Alin Chirculescu

I’m Alin, a Dublin-based tour guide with around four years of experience guiding visitors around the city. Before becoming a tour guide, I worked at Meta and TikTok before moving into tourism, a field that allows me to combine my interests in history, architecture and culture with meeting people from around the world.

I hold a BA in History of Art and have a particular interest in Dublin’s history, architecture and cultural heritage. In 2025, I qualified as a National Tour Guide through Liberties College.

One of my favourite places to visit is St Patrick’s Cathedral, one of Dublin’s most significant historic buildings. I enjoy sharing its history and helping visitors learn more about its place in the story of Dublin.
